By using colorcast you agree to these terms. colorcast provides AI-generated seasonal color analysis from a selfie, for personal and entertainment use.

What you get

A one-time purchase ($9 Instant Analysis or $19 Full Report) unlocks the result for the selfie you submitted: your color season, a color palette, and — for the Full Report — styling recommendations. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Nature of the result

Color analysis is subjective and the result is generated by an AI model from a single photo. Lighting and image quality affect accuracy. The result is guidance, not professional styling, medical, or other advice, and is provided “as is” without warranty.

Acceptable use

Upload only photos of yourself, or photos you have permission to use. Do not abuse the service, attempt to overload it, or use automated means to generate analyses at scale. We may rate-limit or block access to protect the service.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Because the result is delivered immediately and digitally, sales are generally final. If the analysis failed to deliver or you are unhappy with the result, email us within 14 days and we will review a refund in good faith.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
